On Tuesday, March 11, former Eastern Alamance High School standout MaKenna Raye Dark’s current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Radford Highlanders.

The game took place at Anderson Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Highlanders this season.

The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 5 p.m. at Anderson Softball Stadium against Liberty Lady Flames.
