On Saturday, Feb. 8, three former Southern Alamance High School standouts, including Greta Hessenthaler, Isley Duggins and Kayla Wilson’s current college team, the Elon Phoenix, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Ohio State Buckeyes.
The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their first matchup against the Buckeyes this season.
The Phoenix’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 5 p.m. at Hunt Softball Park against North Carolina Central Eagles.
