On Friday, Feb. 28, former Western Alamance High School standout Kara Alday’s current college team, the Radford Highlanders, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Penn State Nittany Lions.
The game took place at Moyer Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Nittany Lions this season.
The Highlanders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12:30 p.m. at Moyer Sports Complex against Bucknell Bison.
