On Saturday, March 8, former Western Alamance High School standout Kara Alday’s current college team, the Radford Highlanders, won 10-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Binghamton Bearcats.
The game took place at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park. This was their first matchup against the Bearcats this season.
The Highlanders’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12:35 p.m. at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park against Fordham Rams.
