On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Eastern Alamance High School standout Makiya Graves’ current college team, the North Carolina Central Eagles, lost 13-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Elon Phoenix.
The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their first matchup against the Phoenix this season.
The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. at Lady Aggies Softball Complex against North Carolina A&T Aggies.
