On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Eastern Guilford High School standout Jackson Jones’ current college team, the Mars Hill Mountain Lions, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Concord Mountain Lions.
The game took place at Henderson Field. This was their first matchup against the Mountain Lions this season.
The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. at Henderson Field against Concord Mountain Lions.
