On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Southern Alamance High School standout Ty Cobb’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Southern Alamance High School standout Ty Cobb’s current college team, the Lee Flames, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Hillsdale Chargers.

The game took place at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field. This was their third matchup against the Chargers this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. at Harvey Stadium at Ferriss Field against Delta State Statesmen.
