On Saturday, March 22, former Eastern Alamance High School standout Kasen McCawley’s current college team, the UNC Pembroke Braves, won 19-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Chowan Hawks.
The game took place at Hawkins Field. This was their third matchup against the Hawks this season.
The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m. at Tommy Carey Field against Emmanuel Lions.
