On Sunday, March 9, three former Southern Alamance High School standouts, including Greta Hessenthaler, Isley Duggins and Kayla Wilson’s current college team, the Elon Phoenix, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Hofstra Pride.
The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their third matchup against the Pride this season.
The Phoenix’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 1 p.m. at Lady Pirates Softball Stadium against Hampton Lady Pirates.
