On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Southern Alamance High School standouts Evan Sykes and Grayson Curtis’ current college team, the Greensboro Pride, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Roanoke Maroons.

The game took place at Salem Memorial Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Maroons this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. at Loudermilk Field against Albion Britons.
