On Sunday, March 16, three former Southern Alamance High School standouts, including Greta Hessenthaler, Isley Duggins and Kayla Wilson’s current college team, the Elon Phoenix, won 20-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Hampton Lady Pirates.
The game took place at Lady Pirates Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Lady Pirates this season.
The Phoenix’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 5 p.m. at Hunt Softball Park against North Carolina Central Eagles.
