City of Graham issued the following announcement on Mar. 30.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Graham has elected to limit public access to all City facilities until further notice. These measures were taken in an effort to limit exposure to potential infection and to ensure the safety and well-being of all citizens, customers, and City employees.
New applications for water service can be found in the front entrance and may be placed in the drop-box, also located in the front entrance. Water bill payments can be made using one of our various electronic payment options and can also be placed in the drop-box. Please see our application and payment instructions for guidance.
Regular updates are being made to the City’s social media accounts and website (www.cityofgraham.com). For any other questions, please call 336-570-6700 (option 9) for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this closure, but look forward to serving our citizens and customers in the fullest capacity in the near future.
