ALAMANCE COUNTY: Public Notice of the Alamance County Board of Commissioners' Meeting for Monday April 6

Alamance County issued the following announcement on April 2.

PLEASE TAKE NOTI CE that the Alaman ce Count y Board of Commissioners' regular meetin g is schedul ed for Monda y, April 6, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Count y Commissioners' Mee ting Room located on the 2nd Floor of the Count y Offi ce Buildin g, 124 West Elm Street, Graham, NC 27253 . 

In ord er to comply with th e Governor 's Exec utiv e Order 12 1, which places limits on mass gath erings to 10 persons, there is no meetin g place where members of the public can be physically prese nt. In ord er to ensure the hea lth and safety of the Board , staff and general publi c, access to the regular meeting is availabl e in the follo wing 3 ways: 

• Our YouTub e channel (https: //www.youtube.com /AlamanceCountyN C) will display the live commi ssioners meetin g. 

• Our Facebook Page (https: //www.facebook.com /AlamanceCounty /) will have a post to the live commi ssioners meeting. 

• There will also be a button on the count y hom e page (https:/ /www.alamance-nc.com ) abov e the bann er that will say" Click Here to watch Live Commissioners Meeting at 9:00 AM" 

There will be no publi c comm ent period s at the April 6th meetin g. However, a publi c comment period process will be in place for the April 20th regular meetin g. A copy of this noti ce shall be posted on the bulletin board located outside of the Commi ssioners' Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor of the Count y Offi ce Buildin g. A copy of the noti ce shall be sent to all who rece ived notifi cation of any changes in the Commi ssioners' regular meeting schedule.
