Alamance County recently issued the following announcement.
According to Governor Cooper’s Executive Order #121, solid waste is an essential infrastructure operation. Therefore, we are currently maintaining our normal hours for all residents and commercial customers.
Landfill/Scales: Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm; Sat 7am-12pm
Convenience Center: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm; Sat 7am-5pm; Sun 1pm-5pm
Due to high volumes, be aware that there may be extended wait times. We appreciate your understanding as we try to protect our employees and our customers.
