Lenoir County Public Schools issued the following announcement on Aug. 3.
A new 3-day School Bus Drive Class will begin Aug. 9. Anyone interested in attending must first complete an application (available on the district website) and register with Denise Griffin of the LCPS Transportation Department by 1 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 4. Preference will be given new LCPS employees, teacher assistants, coaches and custodians who need this training. See the flyer for further details.
