CITY OF BURLINGTON: 4th Friday Event In Downtown Burlington Aug. 27

Covidinject

City of Burlington issued the following announcement on Aug. 26.

Tonight's 4th Friday event in downtown Burlington has it all. Good music, family fun, Food Trucks, good beer, and now...Free COVID-19 Vaccines!

We’re partnering with the Alamance County Health Department to provide free Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson vaccines at tonight’s 4th Friday in Downtown Burlington. The Alamance County Health Department will be located in a tent in the parking lot along Spring Street behind the Paramount Theater. Everyone who gets the vaccine this evening gets a Burlington ‘B’ baseball cap to go along with their new antibodies.

We ask that everybody wear a mask tonight especially when interacting with folks not in your family group.

So come on Downtown.  Say hi to your neighbors, wear a mask, grab a beer, get vaxxed, and have a good time all while helping make our community safer.

The 4th Friday event runs from 5:30pm-9:00pm at the Historic Depot in Downtown Burlington.  200 S. Main Street. For more information, go to www.btowneventsnc.com.

If you are unable to attend tonight but would like a Vaccine, please go to https://www.alamance-nc.com/ to schedule your shot!
