Town of Whitsett issued the following announcement on Jan. 22.
Quick update. Jo is working on 2022 recycling calendar. When you add calendar to web site, add a note that weather and driver issues could cause pickup to be delayed till following day. Residents should leave bin at road and always call Townhall to advise of missed or no pickup.
Also, I would like to see a reminder added that due to mechanical arms picking up bins, it is critical that bins are spaced at least 4 feet apart with wheels on house side away from road.
