County of Guilford issued the following announcement on Mar. 16.
The Guilford County Board of Commissioners has CANCELED their regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 5:30PM in order to conduct their 2022 Annual Retreat. The next regular meeting of the Board remains scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 5:30PM and will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room located on the 2nd Floor of the Old County Courthouse, 301 W. Market Street, Greensboro NC.
The Guilford County Board of Commissioners Annual Retreat will be held March 17 – 18, 2022 at the Bur-Mil Park Event Center, located at 5834 Bur-Mil Club Road, Greensboro, 27410. The 2022 retreat will begin at 8:30AM each morning and is scheduled to last until 5:00PM each evening. This year’s retreat will revisit the Board’s FY 2021-22 priorities, review and set goals for FY 2022-23, and offer staff updates on a variety of topics.
The Guilford County Board of Commissioners remains committed to providing an open and transparent public process and will offer a virtual viewing option through the ZOOM web-based platform.
THE ANNUAL RETREAT WILL BE OPEN FOR IN-PERSON CITIZEN AND MEDIA PARTICIPATION.
