City of Graham issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.
The City is seeking a two million dollar community development block grant (CDBG-I).
The funding will be used to replace the existing waterlines on the north side of the City.
Please note, City personnel will be conducting a door-to-door survey in these areas very soon.
