TOWN OF PLEASANT GARDEN: Board of Adjustment 11-9-2022

Town of Pleasant Garden issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.

The Pleasant Garden Board of Adjustment will hold an evidentiary hearing concerning the issuance of a Special Use Permit for an Equestrian Facility for property located on the east side of Neelley Road approximately 976 feet south of the US Highway 421 S On-ramp, and include Guilford County Tax Parcel Numbers 228242, 131425, 232529, and 228242, approximately 44.83 acres. Subject property is in an AG, Agricultural district.

After the hearing, the Board of Adjustment may make a final decision on the Special Use Permit application. The application and associated sketch site plan are on file at the Pleasant Garden’s Kirkman Municipal Building.

Since this notice is sent only to adjoining and adjacent property owners, please discuss it with other residents who may have an interest in this request. Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter shall appear at this Evidentiary Hearing. Any petition should be submitted in duplicate.
