City of Graham Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.
Sgt. Josh Payne recently attended the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America Annual National Leadership Forum.
The conference brought together community coalitions, practitioners, and law enforcement from across the country together to identify opportunities to better serve our communities in the fight against substance abuse.
Sgt. Payne presented during the conference on the Alcohol Law Enforcement Response Team model as a way for law enforcement and the community to partner together to combat underage drinking and the related risks.
