2023 Summer Day Camp registration is underway! | CITY OF BURLINGTON PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT: (BurlingtonNC.gov)
City of Burlington Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on March 1.
Burlington Recreation & Parks offers a variety of 10-week Summer Day Camps at 5 different sites. Each camp offers a unique and individual camp experience for participants. Campers will enjoy exciting adventures in the outdoors, organized games and tons more engaging opportunities with a caring and responsible staff to lead the way!
Registration opens on March 1 at 8 am. Register online at https://secure.rec1.com/NC/burlington-nc/catalog.
Visit www.burlingtonnc.gov/youth for camp details and info to prepare for registration (both online & in-person).
Prior to camp registration day, it is highly recommended that you create or update your account in CivicRec, the online registration portal.
STEPS TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN CIVIC REC:
1. Visit https://secure.rec1.com/NC/burlington-nc/catalog
• On your desktop, select Log In/Create Account in the top left corner, then select Create Your BRPD Account.
• On mobile devices, select Account in the upper right corner and then select Sign Up.
2. Fill out all the required information (address, personal info, contact numbers, etc..)
• To receive text alerts regarding programming (cancellations, important info), make sure to select your mobile carrier next to your cell phone number.
• Add additional members (spouse, children, etc.) at any time in your account settings- this keeps your entire household in one convenient account.
*If using a mobile device, to add additional members you must select 'Desktop Version' in the left-hand menu. *
