On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Clover Garden School standout Lexie Roberts’ current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Queens Royals.
The game took place at Anderson Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Royals this season.
The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6 p.m. at Anderson Softball Stadium against Elon Phoenix.
