On Sunday, March 2, former The Burlington School standout Wagner Morrissette’s current college team, the Lamar Cardinals, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UTRGV Vaqueros.
The game took place at UTRGV Baseball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Vaqueros this season.
The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 6:30 p.m. at Reckling Park against Rice Owls.
