On Friday, Feb. 14, former The Burlington School standout Wagner Morrissette’s current college team, the Lamar Cardinals, won 17-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners.
The game took place at Hardt Field. This was their first matchup against the Roadrunners this season.
The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 5 p.m. at Hardt Field against Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners.
