Wednesday, Feb. 5: Southern Alamance High School standout Ty Cobb’s college team wins to Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters

On Wednesday, Feb. 5, former Southern Alamance High School standout Ty Cobb’s current college team, the Lee Flames, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.

The game took place at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field. This was their first matchup against the Railsplitters this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field against Hillsdale Chargers.
