There was a single gas station in cities across Alamance County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.69 per gallon in the week ending Dec. 7, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Alamance County was $2.86 per gallon.
Of the 99 reported gas stations in cities within Alamance County, 49 offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in North Carolina was $2.85, compared to $2.84 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
